We allow refunds for up to 30 days after your purchase on most items when they are returned in new condition. After 30 days we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all packaging and package inserts.
We do not accept returns for the following: Cable cut to order, opened humidifiers or humidifier accessories, opened packs of strings, clothing items, guitar straps that show any signs of having been tried on (i.e., if the leather end tabs are stretched in any way), and Gift Cards.
To complete your return, we require a return authorization. Contact us to obtain your authorization.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless you are requesting repair service or your shipment has been pre-arranged by us.
If your item is returned in less than brand-new condition and we elect to keep it we will provide a partial refund at our discretion (minimum 15% reduction from the purchase price).
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will process your refund or credit. If the return is rejected, we will notify you by email and ship the item back to you.
Credits are applied to your original method of payment. We do not control, nor are we liable for, the time required by your bank, credit card company, or other financial entity, to deposit funds or apply credits to your account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you do not receive a refund in a timely manner, check with your payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted and we have no control over this process. If your payment processor requires assistance, they can contact us via email at email@example.com.
Special Condition Items:
Some items cannot be returned. If this applies, the item listing will indicate that no returns are allowed.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. For items of the same price we can make some swaps before shipment occurs. For all other exchange requests you should return the item, then place a new order.
If you return a product you received as a gift, we can either credit the original purchaser's payment method or send you a gift certificate for store credit.

You are responsible for any return shipping costs*. Any outbound shipping costs related to your order are non-refundable. *Note: We will pay return shipping costs for defective items.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service whenever you ship a return. You may also wish to purchase shipping insurance, or signature delivery confirmation for expensive items. We cannot process a return that never arrives, and without package tracking and proper insurance your shipping company will not assist you with recovery.
