Refund policy

Returns:
We allow refunds for up to 30 days after your purchase on most items, when they are returned in new condition. After 30 days we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns for the following: Cable cut to order, opened humidifiers or humidifier accessories, opened packs of strings, any clothing items, guitar straps that show any signs of having been tried on (i.e., if the leather end tabs are stretched in any way), and Gift Cards.

To complete your return, we require a return authorization. Contact us to obtain your authorization.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless you are requesting repair service.

If your item is returned in less than brand-new condition and we elect to keep it we will provide a partial refund (minimum 15% reduction) at our discretion.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will process your refund or credit. If the return is rejected, we will notify you by email and ship the item back to you.

Credits are applied to your original method of payment. We do not control, nor are we liable for, the time required by your bank, credit card company, or other financial entity to deposit funds or apply credits to your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you do not receive a refund in a timely manner, first check with your payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted and we have no control over this process. If your payment processor requires assistance, they can contact us via email at steve@selectsoundsllc.com.

One Of A Kind Items:
One of a kind items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a new item, send us an email at steve@selectsoundsllc.com with your request.

Gifts:
If you return a product you received as a gift, we can either credit the original purchaser's payment method or send you a gift certificate for store credit.

Shipping:
Once you obtain a Return Authorization, ship your return to: Select Sounds LLC, PO Box 284, Stephenson, Virginia USA 22656

You are responsible for any return shipping costs*. Any outbound shipping costs related to your order are non-refundable. *Note: We will pay return shipping costs for defective items.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, purchase shipping insurance, or consider using signature delivery confirmation. We cannot process a return that never arrives, and without package tracking your shipping company will not assist you with recovery.
